1. Apply For Membership
Our governance team evaluates each submission for strategic alignment and compliance integrity.
2. Board Review
Upon acceptance, you will be granted a non-exclusive license to the AIIA Patent Portfolio and guided through the compliance process.
3. Receive Your License Agreement
Work with our audit team to validate your use of synthetic imaging tools and complete the AIIA Certification process. Certification unlocks marketing use, investor signaling, and eligibility for exclusivity.
4. Become AIIA Certified™ (Optional)
As an AIIA Certified™ member, you operate under full protection of AIIA’s legal team and are eligible to request exclusivity within your commercial scope.
